liability every time you "turn a wheel". By using MST your company owned vehicles are available for other services or additional calls; giving you
and your firms personel time to rest so that everyone is on top of their game when meeting with families, planning viewings and the funeral service.
Listed here are additional reasons to consider MST for removals and other transport needs your firm may have:
- You will ALWAYS be represented in your firms name, we do not identify ourselves as a removal services (unless you instructed otherwise). This is because
we wish to be an extension of your staff, not a trade service.
- Our staff of experienced funeral industry and/or emergency services personnel such as Police and EMS professionals are familiar
with the delicate nature of dealing with death.
- Prior to all removals or transfers we review a profile of your firm that is kept in all vehicles to remind ourselves of your firms philosophy, styles, customes and traditions.
- All calls are conducted as if the family were present, regardless of the location.
- Our vehicles are well maintained and unmarked to protect privacy and dignity.
- All remains are labeled with a medical wristband with the full name of the deceased, your firms name, and the removal technician initials.
The death certificate (if available) is kept in a special pouch in the cot cover with the deceased at all times to avoid identity errors.
- We are a No Excuse company, when you call us we respond, usually within 60 minutes. When overwelmed with calls, removals with family present
take priority.

- Our mortuary removal ambulances are equipped with on board GPS and can be tracked from any internet access point (ie..computer or mobile phone) simply by logging on to the specified web address to view the journey.
